Select the classes you want to take.
1. Be sure to check for materials and tools you're expected to bring, or request the list for your classes by writing to: Jewelry Arts Expo, 300 Chesterfield Parkway, Suite 100, Malvern, PA 19355. Please be sure to include the class name and number, as well as your name and address.2. Fill in the class hours, title, and class number as given in the description.
Be careful not to schedule yourself for more than one class at the same time. Remember: class fee and required kit fee must be sent in with your registration form.3. Select your alternates.
All classes are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to cancellation no later than Friday March 9. We suggest you choose an alternate class for each class selection, in case your first choice is unavailable. If your first choice for a class is filled, and you've indicated alternates, we'll attempt to register you for your alternate choice (unless there is a scheduling conflict with another selection you've made).3. Select a payment option.
Credit Card: Fill in your MasterCard or Visa account number and expiration date, and sign the authorization to bill your card. Your credit card will be billed only for the class(es) you've registered for.
Check: Include a check for the full amount listed in the grand total with your registration form. If the final total is different because you've been scheduled for an alternate choice, you'll be reimbursed or billed for the difference. Any additional amount owed is due by March 9 to insure holding your place.4. Send in your completed form and send to:

5. Registation Packets:
If your application is received by mid March, you'll receive your registration packet in the mail with confirmation of your registration and your student badge or badges. Student badges will serve as tickets into class and will admit you free into the vendor hall for the entire show, so be sure to bring your badges with you. All preregistered students should receive their packets by mid April. If your application is received in late March and April, your registration packet will be available at the show. You'll have to pick up your registration packet at the Conference Center before going to class.Note: Registration will be allowed on site if space is available, but we strongly recommend preregistering as soon as possible for your best selection.
